These Terms govern your use of FlipSku, operated by Southern Variety LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
FlipSku provides product-sourcing, scoring, and inventory tools for Amazon and Walmart resellers. Features rely on third-party services you connect (Amazon, Keepa, Walmart, Firecrawl); their availability and accuracy are outside our control.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login and any API credentials you connect, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FlipSku lawfully and in compliance with the terms of any third-party marketplace or API you connect (including Amazon’s and Walmart’s policies). Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No warranty; limitation of liability
FlipSku is provided “as is.” Sourcing data, profit estimates, and gating results are informational and not guarantees; you are responsible for your own buying decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Variety LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using FlipSku and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
