Privacy Policy

FlipSku (“FlipSku,” “we,” “us”) is a product-sourcing tool for Amazon and Walmart resellers, operated by Southern Variety LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FlipSku you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
  • Third-party API credentials. If you connect services (Amazon Selling Partner API, Keepa, Walmart Marketplace, Firecrawl), we store the keys/tokens you provide. These are encrypted at rest and used only to make requests on your behalf.
  • Sourcing data you enter or import. Supplier lists, product identifiers (ASIN/UPC), leads, inventory, purchase orders, and related notes.
  • Usage data. Basic technical information (e.g., log and device data) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • To provide and maintain the FlipSku service and your account.
  • To query connected third-party services (Amazon, Keepa, Walmart, Firecrawl) so we can score products, check gating/restrictions, and sync your inventory.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information or your sourcing data.

Third-party services

To deliver core features, data is exchanged with the services you connect — Amazon Selling Partner API, Keepa, Walmart Marketplace, and Firecrawl — and with our infrastructure providers, including Vercel (hosting) and Neon(database). Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data security

Connected API credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. Connections are served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings), which removes your account and associated data, including stored API credentials. You may also request deletion by emailing mhawkins000@gmail.com.

Children’s privacy

FlipSku is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
